About the position

BAE Systems is seeking an Agile Project Manager to join our team located at Fort Belvoir, Virginia supporting Enterprise Cloud Management Agency (ECMA) efforts to implement the architecture, required services, and facilitate adoption of Army Cloud (cARMY) services. The program provides Information Technology services and technical subject matter expertise (SME) to support overall strategy and migration to cARMY environment that currently includes Amazon Web Services and Microsoft Azure clouds at IL 2, 4, 5 and 6. Oversees and manages the technical project(s) and serves as a liaison between project management and planning, project team, and line management. Prepares project execution plan and identifies technical and business resources needed. Reviews status of projects and budgets, manages schedules and prepares status reports. Assesses issues and develops resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and client-satisfaction goals and objectives. Provides technical and analytical guidance to project team. Provides Agile Project Management. Develops sprint review presentation that includes a retrospective, metrics on the prior sprint activities and comparison against prior sprints. Supports approximately two to four sprints per week, leveraging available agile tools (e.g., JIRA, etc.) to present project status information in a dynamic and electronic format or other format as approved by the Government; ensures that release plans are up to date before beginning the next sprint. Generates and maintains a Product Roadmap that is based upon planned epics and major milestones, updated will be updated monthly. Once pre-production activities are completed and the new CSP is in production, the position shifts to operations & maintenance (O&M) support tasks.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree and 6+ years of working experience, or High School graduate with 10+ years of experience.
• DoDM 8140.03 Intermediate qualification (e.g. Security+ CA) within 6 months of starting position.
• Must be located within 75 miles of ECMA at Ft. Belvoir, VA.
