No matter the need, we keep our customers supplied and running. We are currently seeking an Agile Project Manager to join our PMO. As an Agile Project Manager, you will assist in planning, executing, and delivering projects using Agile methodologies. The APM will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project delivery, facilitate Agile ceremonies, and support continuous improvement within the team.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in planning, executing, and delivering projects within scope.
  • Work closely with the Director of PMO to manage project timelines and deliverables for teams across Keep Supply.
  • Collaborate with the assigned domain(s) to create, refine, and prioritize items in the backlog, ensuring alignment with project goals and organizational objectives.
  • Organize and facilitate Agile ceremonies, such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and reviews.
  • Work closely with the Technical Business Analyst to plan Technology department sprints and contribute project work items to the Tech team’s backlog.
  • Help to provide guidance and support across the organization in understanding and implementing Agile practices and principles.
  • Act as a point of contact between teams and stakeholders.
  • Provide regular updates on project status, risks, and issues.
  • Remove blockers that hinder team progress and facilitate issue resolution.
  • Maintain project documentation, including roadmaps, sprint plans, burndown charts, and retrospectives.
  • Assist in tracking and reporting on key performance indicators (KPIs).

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of experience in a project management or support role, ideally in an Agile environment.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.).
  • Excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with project management and collaboration tools (e.g., JIRA for project management, Figma for design collaboration, etc.)
  • Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or equivalent, preferred.
  • PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP), preferred.
