About the position

The Agile Project Manager at Kforce Inc will join the PMO to support the Program Leader in the Global Agile Transformation initiative. This role focuses on enhancing enterprise responsiveness, flexibility to change, and efficiency in delivering quality solutions across the organization globally.

Responsibilities

• Support key deliverables for major initiatives running across the organization globally.
• Promote greater enterprise responsiveness and flexibility to change.
• Enhance efficiency in the delivery of quality solutions.
• Facilitate communication and coordination among teams for deliverables and planning sessions.
• Conduct daily stand-ups and support continuous improvement efforts.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in an agile environment supporting and managing agile transformation.
• Experience in facilitating communication and coordination among teams.
• Experience supporting both continuous improvement and fixed scope delivery efforts.
• Project management experience.

Nice-to-haves

• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent certification required.
• Agile certifications such as PMI-ACP, CSP, or SA, SAFe Certifications.
• Enterprise level experience preferred.
• Experience with ADO.
