About the position

ManpowerGroup has partnered with a leading Banking Services organization in Jacksonville, FL, to find an Agile Scrum Master. This position is hybrid, allowing for a combination of remote and in-office work. The Agile Scrum Master will play a crucial role in managing and executing technical solutions across multiple teams, ensuring that projects are delivered on time and within budget. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in a similar role, demonstrating strong interpersonal skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams globally. This role requires a self-starter who can work with minimal supervision and is motivated to engage with team members of varying levels of seniority and experience. The Agile Scrum Master will be responsible for overseeing project execution, integration, and implementation, while also managing risks and ensuring quality assurance. They will act as the primary point of contact for the project, aligning resources to key project roles and establishing clearly defined responsibilities. Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential, as the Scrum Master will lead meetings, negotiate, and resolve ambiguities. The role also involves stakeholder management and change adoption, ensuring that all applicable change requirements are satisfied. The position is expected to last between 12 to 18 months, with the possibility of converting to a full-time role.

Requirements

  • Proven track record in a similar role

  • Experience in project management or business management or associated area
  • Educational background in project management or related fields
