About the position

The Agile Scrum Master (Jira) position is a contract role focused on facilitating agile processes and ensuring effective team collaboration within a hybrid work environment. The role involves managing agile events, maintaining performance metrics, and supporting the adoption of agile tools to enhance team productivity and transparency.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining and updating performance metrics (e.g., burn-down charts) to provide clear feedback to team members.
• Managing and coordinating agile events such as backlog prioritization, sprint planning, daily meetings, and retrospectives.
• Supporting the adoption and consistent use of enabling tools like Jira, Mural, and MS Teams.
• Organizing and presenting ideas and information logically to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Requirements

• Experience as a Scrum Master with a strong understanding of agile methodologies.
• Proficiency in using Jira for project management and tracking.
• Ability to facilitate agile ceremonies and events effectively.
• Strong communication skills to convey information clearly to diverse audiences.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with other agile tools such as Mural or MS Teams.
