About the position
The Agile Scrum Master will be responsible for managing and coordinating agile events, supporting the adoption of agile practices, and coaching teams in the use of enabling tools such as JIRA. This role requires a proven change agent who can facilitate agile methodologies across various functions and geographies, ensuring effective collaboration and continuous improvement.
Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate agile events such as backlog prioritization, sprint planning, daily meetings, and retrospectives.
- Support the adoption and consistent use of enabling tools like JIRA, Mural, and MS Teams.
- Coach teams and individuals in agile practices, helping them navigate new and unfamiliar situations.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Scrum Master or in a similar role within an agile environment.
- Strong knowledge of agile methodologies and frameworks, particularly Scrum.
- Experience with agile tools such as JIRA and MS Teams.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience in coaching teams across different functions and geographies.
- Familiarity with other agile tools and methodologies.
