About the position
The Agile Scrum Master role is focused on leading and facilitating Agile practices within teams to enhance productivity and efficiency. The position requires a seasoned professional with extensive experience in Agile methodologies, particularly in Scrum, to guide teams in delivering high-quality products. The role is based in Plano, TX and Richmond, VA, with a hybrid work model of three days onsite and two days remote.
Responsibilities
- Lead Agile ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and reviews.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration among team members and stakeholders.
- Remove impediments that hinder the team's progress.
- Coach team members on Agile principles and practices to improve performance.
- Ensure that the team adheres to Agile methodologies and best practices.
Requirements
- 10 years of experience as an Agile Scrum Master.
- Experience with EX BOA and SAFe certification.
