About the position

The Agile Scrum Master with Pega & Data role is a hybrid position based in Chicago, IL, focusing on leading and guiding scrum teams within an agile framework. The primary responsibility of this position is to act as an Integration Business Analyst for the Net Reveal replacement of Accuity, ensuring that the Sev1 SIAI commitment for data lineage documentation is maintained. This includes the capture, use, and transport of Anti-Money Laundering (AML) attributes, as well as reviewing all quarterly and Business As Usual (BAU) changes to update lineage documentation accordingly. In this role, the Scrum Master will coach and guide 1-2 scrum teams, ensuring that they meet their product deliverables while adhering to Agile and Scrum values. The Scrum Master will be an active member of the broader Pega Technology global scrum master community, responsible for facilitating Scrum events and proactively addressing systemic impediments to prevent them from becoming blockers. The Scrum Master will also identify continuous improvement opportunities and collaborate with Product Owners (PO) and stakeholders to drive success behaviors and team metrics. The position requires a dedicated resource to validate the four data lineages related to the Sev1 SIAI commitment, ensuring they are up to date with respect to LRR changes and BAU releases. The role also involves implementing processes to ensure that Business Analysts (BAs) identify data lineage updates prior to releases.
