About the position

Genesis10 is seeking an Agile Scrum Master for a contract position in the financial industry. The role involves maximizing product value, defining the product vision and roadmap, and collaborating with stakeholders and the development team to ensure alignment and effective delivery of product features.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for maximizing the value for a product
• Define the vision and roadmap for the product, prioritizing stories in the product backlog
• Work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and ensure alignment with the Product Manager
• Create and communicate the product vision and roadmap to stakeholders and the team
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs and problems
• Create and prioritize work for one team
• Refine stories with the team to ensure readiness for upcoming sprints
• Review and accept stories, making on-the-spot decisions on scope and requirements
• Partner with the team to ensure optimum value is obtained through technology and business understanding

Requirements

• Possess a working knowledge of the product and basic understanding of the business or technology domain
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Experience with Agile Tools
