About the position

Genesis10 is seeking an Agile Scrum Master for a contract position in the financial industry. The role involves leading Agile practices, ensuring the correct use of Scrum processes, and managing complex projects in a fast-paced environment. The Scrum Master will work closely with teams to foster collaboration, influence Agile adoption, and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead and influence teams in adopting Agile principles.
• Ensure the correct use of Scrum processes.
• Manage complex projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Foster strong collaboration among team members and help solve problems.
• Communicate technical concepts to non-technical clients effectively.
• Provide estimates/sizing based on high-level requirements.

Requirements

• 7+ years of hands-on experience with Pega in delivering large enterprise solutions.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent working experience.
• 5+ years of experience in Agile and project management.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies and frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, XP, etc.).
• Ability to manage multiple priorities without sacrificing quality or timelines.

Nice-to-haves

• Scrum Master Certification.
• High level understanding of client Enterprise Change Standards.
