About the position

The Agile Scrum Master will be responsible for managing and delivering complex infrastructure projects within the financial industry. This role involves facilitating Agile and Waterfall service deliveries, leading project teams, and ensuring the integration of various work streams to achieve project goals. The Scrum Master will also oversee project execution, manage timelines, and ensure quality assurance throughout the project lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for end-to-end management and delivery of a material change for a project of high complexity across multiple departments within a single business unit
• Facilitates Agile Scrum Master and Waterfall service deliveries as a servant leader
• Leads and directs the work efforts of resources that are functionally aligned as part of the project team
• Responsible for the end-to-end integration of various work streams in order to deliver the intended project solution
• Manages Infrastructure Projects
• Leads daily meetings for Infrastructure Projects
• Manages Project Timeline
• Oversight/Manage/Lead project execution, integration and implementation
• Risk Management and Mitigation Planning
• Readiness/Change Adoption/Stakeholder Management
• Quality Assurance, ensure that all applicable change requirements are satisfied
• Acts as the primary point of contact and integration for the project

Requirements

• Experience of large-scale complex infrastructure projects
• Understand components of hosting: OS, servers, storage, databases, load balancing, DMZ
• Jira Confluence knowledge
• Extensive data analysis and associated presentation
• Infrastructure delivery projects (servers, storage, network, etc.)
• Knowledge of programs and projects frameworks
• Experience with large-scale complex projects
