About the position

Genesis10 is seeking an Agile Scrum Master for a contract position in the financial industry. The role involves managing and delivering complex infrastructure projects, facilitating Agile and Waterfall service deliveries, and ensuring effective integration across multiple departments. The Scrum Master will act as a servant leader, overseeing project execution, risk management, and stakeholder engagement while ensuring quality assurance throughout the project lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for end-to-end management and delivery of a material change for a project of high complexity across multiple departments within a single business unit
• Facilitates Agile Scrum Master and Waterfall service deliveries as a servant leader
• Leads and directs the work efforts of resources that are functionally aligned as part of the project team
• Responsible for the end-to-end integration of various work streams in order to deliver the intended project solution
• Manages Infrastructure Projects
• Leads daily meetings for Infrastructure Projects
• Manages Project Timeline
• Oversight/Manage/Lead project execution, integration and implementation
• Risk Management and Mitigation Planning
• Readiness/Change Adoption/Stakeholder Management
• Quality Assurance, ensure that all applicable change requirements are satisfied
• Acts as the primary point of contact and integration for the project

Requirements

• Experience of large-scale complex infrastructure projects
• Understanding of components of hosting: OS, servers, storage, databases, load balancing, DMZ
• Jira Confluence knowledge
• Extensive data analysis and associated presentation
• Experience with infrastructure delivery projects (servers, storage, network, etc.)
• Knowledge of programs and projects frameworks
• Experience with large-scale complex projects
