About the position

The Agile Scrum Master position at BCforward is a critical role responsible for ensuring that all changes related to people, processes, and technology for sponsored programs and projects are executed in compliance with Global Change Policies and Standards. This individual will oversee technology administration projects and will report directly to the Program Manager or Portfolio Lead. The Scrum Master will act as a change representative for ECRM and will be involved in corporate forecasting, monitoring due dates for remediation of evidence from various tools such as Remedy, JIRA, and PPRT. Effective communication with various leaders and change practitioners is essential to ensure alignment and successful project execution. The role requires a strong background in technology governance, particularly with CRM/Salesforce technology, and a proven track record as a project lead. The Scrum Master will need to prioritize work effectively and meet deadlines while managing multiple projects simultaneously. The position is contract-based, with a hybrid work model, and is expected to last for 12 months. The work schedule is Monday to Friday, with a pay range of $70 to $75 per hour, depending on experience and job responsibilities. Candidates should be prepared to articulate their findings and present solutions clearly, utilizing tools from the Microsoft Suite, including PowerPoint and Excel. A solid understanding of Agile methodology, software development, and testing processes is also required.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure compliance with Global Change Policies and Standards for all changes related to sponsored programs and projects.
  • Oversee technology administration projects and report directly to the Program Manager / Portfolio Lead.
  • Act as a change representative for ECRM and participate in corporate forecasting.
  • Monitor due dates for remediation of evidence from tools such as Remedy, JIRA, and PPRT.

Requirements

  • 5+ years' experience in technology governance with a focus on CRM/Salesforce technology.
  • 5+ years as a project lead with the ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines.
  • Banking experience preferred.
  • Working knowledge of the Microsoft Suite, including PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Working knowledge of Agile methodology, software development, and testing processes.
  • Familiarity with Enterprise Change Management Standards and Evidence Requirements.
  • A college degree is required.

Nice-to-haves

  • Additional Agile certifications are preferred but not required.
