About The Position
The Scrum Master role at Fidelity TalentSource involves leading and coaching agile teams within the Workplace Investing business unit. This position focuses on enhancing team performance through agile practices, facilitating ceremonies, and managing backlogs while ensuring effective collaboration across squads.
