About the position

The Agile SW Analyst Product Owner will serve as a key member of the Army Program Executive Office Missiles and Space (PEO MS) Integrated Fires Mission Command (IFMC) Project Office. This role involves overseeing and prioritizing the Analysis team, collaborating with Solution management to set team priorities for product increments and sprints. The Product Owner will also provide technical briefings and advisement to leadership regarding the status of projects, recommended actions, and the implications of competing capabilities and risks on the IFMC mission.

Responsibilities

• Provide oversight and prioritization of the Analysis team.
• Work with Solution management to set priorities for each product increment and sprint.
• Conduct technical briefings and advisement to leadership on project status and recommended courses of action.
• Analyze competing capabilities, performance, risks, and impacts on the IFMC mission.

Requirements

• Experience running end-to-end simulations of missile defense systems and performing post-run analysis.
• Ability to communicate complex technical issues to leadership.
• Experience working with multiple customers and prioritizing competing requests with management support.
• Fluency in the Microsoft Office toolset.
• US citizenship.
• Bachelor's degree (or advanced degree) in engineering, sciences, or mathematics from an accredited college (ABET preferred).
• Minimum of 7 years combined Government/DoD experience in relevant duties.

Nice-to-haves

• Knowledge in IBCS, PATRIOT, MEADS, THAAD, C2BMC, or AEGIS.
• Prior Product Owner experience on a SCRUM or KANBAN team.
