About the position

As an Agile Team Coach at Trissential, you will play a crucial role in enhancing Agile maturity across product and infrastructure teams. This position focuses on hands-on coaching, facilitating solutions for challenges faced by teams using Scrum and Kanban frameworks. You will conduct assessments, provide strategic recommendations, and work closely with teams to drive continuous improvement and collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with infrastructure/platform teams utilizing Kanban to address challenges such as intake management and prioritization of incoming requests.
• Conduct assessments of Agile maturity for 12 teams and develop specific recommendations to increase Agile maturity across teams.
• Provide hands-on coaching to ensure efficient movement of work through backlogs and boards.
• Partner with leadership to prioritize which infrastructure teams to work with first based on organizational needs.
• Support the adoption and implementation of Scrum@Scale to align practices and improve cross-team collaboration.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an Agile Coach working with cross-functional teams.
• Deep understanding of Agile methodologies, including Scrum, Kanban, and Lean.
• Agile-related certifications such as Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or equivalent are a plus.
• Strong coaching, mentoring, and facilitation skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
• Experience conducting Agile assessments and providing strategic recommendations.

Nice-to-haves

• Familiarity with ServiceNow is a plus.
• Proficiency with Agile tools, including Jira, Confluence, and Jira Align.
