About the position

As a SAFe Agile Technical Coach, you will play a crucial role in guiding teams and organizations in adopting the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe). This position requires collaboration with technical teams, product managers, and leadership to enhance Agile methodologies, support the deployment of Agile Release Trains (ARTs), and promote continuous improvement in software delivery through technical excellence.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience coaching Agile teams
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle, agile engineering practices, and DevOps principles
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and technical coaching of software engineers
• Experience in software architecture and design patterns
• Experience with JIRA, VersionOne, Jenkins, Git, etc.
• Certified SAFe Program Consultant (SPC) preferred
