About the position

The Agile Technical Project Manager at RELQ Technologies LLC is responsible for leading and delivering technology projects that align with the organization's strategic goals. This role involves planning, executing, and finalizing projects while coordinating with cross-functional teams and managing project resources to ensure successful project lifecycles.

Responsibilities

  • Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
  • Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation for each phase of the project.
  • Identify and manage project dependencies, critical path, and risks.
  • Coordinate and direct project team members to ensure deliverables align with project goals.
  • Track project performance to analyze successful completion of short- and long-term goals.
  • Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed to meet changing requirements.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders regarding project status, challenges, and adjustments.
  • Prepare and deliver regular project updates, reports, and presentations for stakeholders and management.
  • Manage project budget, including forecasting, tracking, and reporting on expenses.
  • Allocate resources efficiently to maximize productivity while staying within budget.
  • Proactively identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Maintain a risk register and ensure all stakeholders are aware of project risks and status.
  • Implement project management best practices and methodologies to ensure project deliverables meet quality standards.
  • Conduct regular quality assurance checks to ensure compliance with requirements.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as an IT Project Manager or similar role in project management.
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies, particularly Agile.
  • Experience in managing IT projects and coordinating cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

Nice-to-haves

  • Certification in project management (e.g., PMP, Scrum Master).
  • Experience with project management software and tools.
  • Familiarity with budgeting and resource management.
