The Aging & Disabilities Services Deputy Administrator plays a crucial role in leading and supporting the Aging and Disabilities Services (ADS) team within Milwaukee County. This position is responsible for building and maintaining a mission-focused, performance-driven, and cost-effective integrated adult system of care. The Deputy Administrator assists the ADS Administrator in various management services, including quality assurance, IT, programming contracts, and human resources across four service areas: Aging and Disability Resource Center (ADRC), Area Agency on Aging (AAA Unit), Adult Protective Services (APS), and Office for Persons with Disabilities (OPD).
