The representative will also work closely with the Sales and Operations team to maintain adequate inventory levels, conduct monthly inventory cycle counts, and assist in resolving pricing inquiries. Responsibilities

  • Assist with electronic order entry and processing utilizing JD Edwards ERP software.
  • Respond to customer sales inquiries in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Document and process product use recommendations as required.
  • Enter and process customer orders as requested using JDE.
  • Meet or exceed timelines established under Timely Transaction Processing policy (TTP).
  • Submit and code bills and invoices to the Accounts Payable department for payment.
  • Work closely with the Sales and Operations team to maintain adequate inventory levels.
  • Order products as required and conduct monthly inventory cycle counts.
  • Assist Sales Team with accurate customer pricing and resolve inquiries or concerns.
  • Prepare standard use and sales reports as well as custom reports as requested by management and sales.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Proficiency with computers, particularly Microsoft Windows and ERP order entry systems.
  • Knowledge of mathematical concepts and ability to apply them accurately.
  • Strong interpersonal and effective communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Practical organization skills with strong attention to detail.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with JD Edwards ERP software.
  • Previous customer service experience in a related field.
