Responsibilities

• Drive company vehicle to designated customer crop field locations.
• Provide quality customer service to all customers.
• Conduct additional agricultural retail operational duties as time allows.
• Transport products to designated customer crop field locations.
• Assist with mechanical maintenance in and around the facility.
• Aid with tank mixing processes for field equipment use.
• Gain hands-on experience in agronomy field and operations.
• Understand and experience ordering, receiving, and inventory control.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent with a basic understanding of production agriculture.
• Valid driver's license and satisfactory driving record.
• Ability to travel independently as needed.
• Ability to walk crop fields and conduct visual inspections of crops.
• Demonstrated business knowledge, collaboration, communication, customer focus, decision-making, and skill development.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
