Boeing Global Services is searching for an AH-64 Logistics Operations Analyst to support multiple contracts. This position is located in Mesa, Arizona and is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite in Mesa, Arizona. The AH-64 Logistics Operations Analyst will assist with activities across multiple functions to resolve emergent issues in support of specific operations. This role involves conducting assessments of processes and practices for comparison to applicable standards and criteria. The analyst will coordinate with various functions to support organization employees and will be responsible for coordinating meetings between departments in support of contract requirements. Additionally, the analyst will assist with travel reservations and expense reports as needed, ship items to other domestic or international locations, and assist employees with Visa and passport requirements for international assignments. The analyst will also coordinate all training required for employees prior to their departure to international locations, assist with the reconciliation of cost data for various contracts, and track coordination of employees through all stages from initial hire to departure to international locations. The ability to create and maintain Excel spreadsheets to meet program requirements is essential. The analyst will provide limited feedback on assessment results and support the organization in implementing strategies and plans, all while working under general supervision. This position must meet export control compliance requirements, necessitating that the candidate is a “U.S. Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. §120.15.
