About the position

The Senior AI and ML Engineer will be responsible for developing, testing, and deploying advanced AI solutions. This role requires a hands-on expert in data processes, including scraping, cleaning, processing, and governance, with a strong understanding of various machine learning algorithms and frameworks. The ideal candidate will have experience in building data and modeling pipelines in client-facing environments and utilizing MLOps tools for deployment and monitoring of AI solutions.

Responsibilities

• Rapidly build, test, and deploy cutting-edge AI solutions.
• Scrape, clean, process, and govern data effectively.
• Select and apply appropriate ML algorithms based on constraints.
• Build sophisticated data and modeling pipelines in a client-facing environment.
• Leverage MLOps tools to deploy, maintain, and monitor AI solutions.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a machine learning engineer, data engineer, or data scientist.
• 3+ years of experience with AI and ML applications, including computer vision, natural language processing, anomaly detection, and reinforcement learning.
• Experience with programming languages such as Python, R, Java, or C++.
• Experience with machine learning frameworks and libraries like TensorFlow, PyTorch, and scikit-learn.
• Knowledge of data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation techniques.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• Ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Bachelor's degree.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with MLOps, including model deployment, monitoring, maintenance, and integrating models into larger systems.
• Experience architecting and deploying generative AI solutions, such as large language models (LLMs).
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, such as AWS CodePipeline, Jenkins, or GitHub Actions.
• Experience with model serving solutions, such as AWS SageMaker, KServe, or Seldon Core.
• Experience with infrastructure as code technologies, including Terraform, Pulumi, or Ansible.
• Master's degree.
