About the position
The AI Automation Infrastructure Solution Specialist at Deloitte is responsible for designing, developing, and configuring RPA/Cloud Infrastructure solutions tailored to clients' technical landscapes. This role emphasizes collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure reliable, scalable, and efficient infrastructure while leveraging cloud services such as AWS, GCP, and Azure. The position also involves providing post-Go-Live support and facilitating the handover of solutions to Operations teams.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and configure RPA/IDP/OCR tools for clients.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure reliable and scalable infrastructure.
- Leverage AWS/GCP/Azure services for cloud management and optimization.
- Mitigate risks and issues during the deployment phase.
- Support clients in implementing automation changes and runbooks.
- Provide post Go-Live support to Operations during stabilization phase.
- Handover overall solutions to Operations teams.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience designing and managing intelligent automation infrastructure ecosystems.
- 3+ years of experience with serverless components configuration/integration (Docker, ECS/EKS, etc.).
- 3+ years of experience building CI/CD pipelines on Cloud Service Providers (AWS and GCP).
- 3+ years of experience with AWS and GCP PaaS technologies.
- 3+ years of scripting experience (Shell, PowerShell, Terraform, Python, etc.).
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Sciences, Information Technology, or related field.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience with IAM policies and role-based access controls.
- Knowledge of SAML 2.0/OKTA and Azure AD integration.
- Experience with credentials vaults (CyberArk, AWS Secrets Manager, etc.).
- Strong working experience with SQL Server and IIS.
- Experience in capacity planning and optimizing infrastructure resources.
