About the position

We are seeking a highly motivated AI and Automation Project Manager to take charge of exciting, cutting-edge projects that directly contribute to our business objectives. This role involves leading projects that drive transformative change through AI and automation, ensuring alignment with business goals and delivering results that matter.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end management of AI and automation projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
• Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope.
• Actively participate in the development and implementation of AI and automation solutions.
• Collaborate with the technical team to design, test, and deploy applications.
• Facilitate weekly stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Continuously improve team processes to enhance productivity and quality.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for project-related communication.
• Prepare and present regular progress reports to internal and external stakeholders.
• Manage stakeholder expectations through transparent and proactive communication.
• Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Monitor project progress and adjust plans to address challenges and changes as they arise.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including requirements, design specifications, and user manuals.
• Track and report on project metrics, milestones, and deliverables.

Requirements

• Proven experience in project management, particularly in AI and automation projects.
• Hands-on technical experience in AI, machine learning, or automation tools and processes.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a results-driven attitude.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high attention to detail.
