About the position

The AI Business Development Account Executive plays a crucial role in fostering strong relationships with existing customers to identify and develop new strategic opportunities. This position focuses on understanding the unique factors that influence purchasing decisions and creating business development strategies that drive successful sales. The role is part of a new AI Business Development Charter, emphasizing solution-selling across the AI ecosystem.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new strategic opportunities with existing clients.
  • Build strong relationships with key customer contacts at all levels of the business.
  • Focus on large pursuit support and win lighthouse references among next-gen AI service providers, enterprises, and AI startups/unicorns.
  • Organize and coordinate across sales teams to deliver full value to customers.
  • Enable and evangelize on-the-job activation of broader sales team collaboration and product group interlock.
  • Transfer customer information and market knowledge to cross-functional teams to enhance offerings.
  • Engage regularly at client facilities to perform sales activities on longer sales cycles.

Requirements

  • Field sales experience preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree required.
