About the position

The Artificial Intelligence Developer at Times Microwave Systems will play a pivotal role in designing and implementing AI solutions utilizing Large Language Models (LLMs), such as OpenAI's GPT. This position requires a deep understanding of artificial intelligence, machine learning, and data science, as the developer will be responsible for customizing and fine-tuning models to meet specific business needs. As a key member of the business technology team, the AI Developer will work closely with various stakeholders to deliver innovative AI-driven solutions that enhance operational efficiency and drive business success. In this role, the developer will be tasked with writing robust, efficient, and maintainable code while adhering to best practices in software development and AI model integration. Collaboration with cross-functional teams is essential to define project specifications, identify challenges, and devise innovative solutions that align with the company's goals. The AI Developer will also be expected to stay abreast of the latest advancements in AI and language models, evaluating their applicability to current and future projects. Additionally, the position involves conducting rigorous testing and validation of AI models and applications to ensure their accuracy, reliability, and performance. The developer must apply data science principles to analyze and interpret complex data sets, ensuring that insights and solutions are data-driven. Comprehensive documentation of AI models, algorithms, development processes, and user instructions will also be a critical part of the role, along with providing expertise and guidance on AI-related projects and initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement AI solutions using Large Language Models (LLM), such as OpenAI GPT, tailoring and refining models to meet business requirements.
• Write robust, efficient, and maintainable code, adhering to best practices in software development and AI model integration.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project specifications, identify challenges, and devise innovative solutions that align with business goals.
• Stay up to date with the latest advancements in AI, language models, and related technologies, evaluating their applicability to current and future projects.
• Conduct rigorous testing and validation of AI models and applications to ensure their accuracy, reliability, and performance.
• Apply data science principles and techniques to analyze and interpret complex data sets, ensuring data-driven insights and solutions.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of AI models, algorithms, development processes, and user instructions.
• Provide expertise and guidance on AI-related projects and initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field.
• Proven experience in AI and machine learning.
• Proficiency in HTML, Python, CSS, JavaScript, and server-side languages such as C# and .NET.
• Experience with cloud platforms and deploying models in production environments.
• Strong understanding of relational databases, MS SQL and/or Oracle SQL.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex information.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain complex AI concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to work flexibly and adapt to changing environments.
