The candidate will be responsible for developing applications that utilize Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) techniques, which include RAG application development and evaluation. A significant part of the role involves exploratory data analysis and feature engineering on both unstructured text data and structured or semi-structured metadata. The developer will also need to demonstrate proficiency in Python, object-oriented programming, and the development of testing frameworks, as well as experience in ML Ops and hyperparameter tuning. In addition to technical skills, the role requires excellent communication abilities to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders. The position is based in San Jose, CA, and requires the candidate to work onsite from Day 1. The salary range for this position is between $109,020 and $140,580 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.

Responsibilities

• Lead AI projects with a focus on Generative AI.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in exploratory data analysis and feature engineering.
• Proficiency in Python and object-oriented programming concepts.
• Experience in developing testing frameworks and ML Ops.
