Responsibilities

• Ensure optimal performance and low latency for AI solutions, focusing on system performance, scalability, and efficiency.
• Design and maintain AI-powered solutions that delight users, focusing on rapid iteration and real-world impact.
• Leverage APIs like OpenAI, Gemini, and Llama to build intelligent systems that learn and adapt.
• Develop and optimize AI agents, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and other custom AI tools.
• Work with big data using data warehousing technologies, especially BigQuery, to ensure data availability for model consumption.
• Help build data-driven foundations on Google Cloud Platform (GCP) to enable scaling and innovation.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in web application development utilizing both client-side and server-side coding languages.
• Emphasis on Python and corresponding frameworks for AI development.
• Proven experience in building and maintaining large-scale, high-performance web applications.
• Strong debugging and optimization skills for latency-sensitive applications and troubleshooting complex model interaction issues.
• Extensive experience with OpenAI, BigQuery, or similar technologies.
• Experience in integrating APIs and services within web applications.
• Experience with version control systems, particularly Git.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to work collaboratively in a team setting.
• Experience with agentic workflows.
• Experience writing tests for the dynamic nature of the AI landscape.

Nice-to-haves

• Familiarity with front-end frameworks such as React.
• Experience with deployment processes, CI/CD pipelines, and server management.
• Familiarity with PHP, Laravel, and services (e.g., AWS).
