About the position

As an AI Embedded Engineer at Ford Motor Company, you will be responsible for designing and developing Artificial Intelligence (AI) systems specifically for Software Quality and Warranty within In-Vehicle Infotainment. This role involves leading the development and maintenance of AI and machine learning algorithms to assess the performance of infotainment systems, ensuring the delivery of high-quality and stable products. The position requires innovative thinking to address current and future use cases, and successful candidates will thrive in a dynamic environment while collaborating with diverse teams across the organization.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop AI systems for Software Quality and Warranty in In-Vehicle Infotainment.
• Lead the development and maintenance of AI and machine learning algorithms.
• Measure and identify performance metrics for infotainment systems.
• Ensure delivery of high-quality and stable software products.
• Collaborate with various stakeholders to meet project goals and timelines.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, electrical engineering, mathematics, statistics, operations research, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience with delivering and maintaining production software products.
• Strong technical writing and oral communication skills.
• Demonstrated expertise in regression algorithms, time series analysis, Gaussian processes, and neural network architectures.
