About the position

The AI Engineer Architect role is focused on leading the design and implementation of AI/ML solutions within cloud environments, particularly AWS. This position requires extensive experience in AI/ML development, data science, and advanced analytics, as well as proficiency in DevOps practices. The architect will collaborate with data scientists and business partners to define use cases and ensure the integration of new tools with existing systems.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with data scientists and other AI professionals
• Define the feasibility of use cases along with architectural design for the AI platform
• Select cloud, on-premises or hybrid deployment models, and ensure new tools are well-integrated with existing data management and analytics tools
• Work with Business and delivery partners to understand future requirements and implications for architecture

Requirements

• 8 years of AI/ML development experience
• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field (Computer Science, AI/ML)
• Knowledge and implementation experience of AI/ML in AWS Cloud services
• Data science and advanced analytics experience, including knowledge of advanced analytics tools (such as SAS, R, and Python)
• Proficiency in DevOps workflows and tools, such as Git, containers, Kubernetes, and CI/CD
• Expertise in AI Architecture - data management, governance, model building, and deployment
• Experience with APIs, Apigee, Developer Portals, JSON, RESTful services, and similar technologies
• Familiarity with containers: Docker, Kubernetes, OpenShift, Ansible, Nexus, and software-defined networking
