About the position

As an AI Engineer at BCG X, you will be part of a dynamic engineering team focused on developing innovative AI solutions. This role involves engaging with clients across various industries to tackle significant challenges, including climate change, by designing and deploying scalable AI solutions. You will also contribute to thought leadership in the scientific community and represent BCG X at conferences.

Responsibilities

• Own the full analytics value-chain from framing business challenges to deploying scalable AI solutions.
• Develop and deliver thought leadership in scientific communities and papers.
• Lead conferences on behalf of BCG X.
• Collaborate with clients to design, build, and deploy innovative AI solutions.
• Optimize and enhance computational efficiency of algorithms and software design.
• Guide non-technical teams in best practices for robust software development.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a full-time Masters degree or PhD, graduating between December 2025 - August 2026.
• Experience in software development practices and standards for robust and maintainable software.
• Familiarity with large-scale data analytics and AI technologies.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with Python programming language.
