About the position

As an AI Engineer at Asure Software, you will be instrumental in transforming Human Capital Management (HCM) and Payroll processing through innovative AI technologies. Your role will involve collaborating with experts to identify AI opportunities, developing advanced algorithms, and creating AI models that enhance workforce management and payroll operations. This position is pivotal in ensuring that Asure remains at the forefront of HCM solutions, leveraging AI to provide predictive analytics and intelligent decision-making capabilities.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with HCM and Payroll experts to identify AI opportunities.
  • Design, develop, and implement AI algorithms for predictive analytics and process automation.
  • Work with data engineers to gather and preprocess relevant data for AI model training.
  • Develop AI models to understand complex patterns in employee data and time records.
  • Create interactive prototypes to showcase AI-driven solutions.
  • Implement methodologies for evaluating AI model performance in real-world scenarios.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to integrate AI technologies cohesively.
  • Stay updated with advancements in AI and machine learning relevant to HCM and Payroll.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience with AI, machine learning, or natural language processing.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or SQL.
  • Experience with data manipulation and analysis libraries (e.g., Pandas, NumPy, SciPy).
  • Familiarity with statistical modeling techniques and AI frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch).
  • Experience in developing and deploying AI models in production systems.
  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Data Science, or a related field.

Nice-to-haves

  • A Ph.D. in a relevant field is a plus.
