About the position

The AI Engineer in Sales Technology will play a crucial role in developing next-generation AI applications, particularly focusing on chatbot technology using AI and LLM. This position involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to design, build, and deploy sophisticated AI applications that effectively understand and respond to human language. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in full-stack development and a passion for creating scalable, high-performance applications throughout the entire application lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Architect, design and develop advanced AI models for LLM applications, focusing on NLU, NLP, and ML algorithms.
• Collaborate with product managers, UX/UI designers, and software engineers to integrate AI models into existing applications.
• Implement rigorous testing frameworks to evaluate AI model performance and continuously refine models based on feedback.
• Stay updated on the latest developments in AI, LLM, NLP, and ML, and conduct research to explore new methodologies and technologies.
• Document AI model development processes and share knowledge with junior team members.
• Implement responsible AI, security, and data protection solutions.
• Optimize applications for speed and scalability.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, AI, ML, Engineering, or a related field.
• 3-6 years of experience in full-stack development, with a strong focus on Python.
• Experience building AI/ML applications using LLM and ML technology, including Open AI and Llama.
• Experience with Python web frameworks (e.g., Django, Flask).
• Solid understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP) principles.
• Familiarity with database technologies (e.g. PostgreSQL, CosmosDB, MongoDB).
• Experience with cloud services (e.g., Azure, AWS).
• Proficient in front-end technologies, including JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
• Knowledge of containerization and orchestration technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
• Strong understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Benefits

• Base salary ranging from $105,000 to $115,000.
