About the position

The AI Engineer position focuses on designing and building AI-driven chatbots and virtual agents that interact with IoT tags. This role is crucial for enabling users to query, monitor, and control IoT-enabled objects through natural language interfaces, enhancing the functionality of IoT solutions in various industries.

Responsibilities

• Design and build AI-driven chatbots and virtual agents that interact with IoT tags.
• Implement function-calling mechanisms to trigger specific actions and responses based on user interactions and IoT data.
• Leverage knowledge graph systems and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) to create efficient, real-time, interactive support agents.
• Evaluate and improve the efficiency of deployed AI models using tools like LangSmith, Langfuse, and LangChain.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Data Systems or Data Analysis preferred.
• Proficiency in designing and implementing function calling within conversational AI models.
• Experience with LLMs (e.g., GPT-4, Whisper), including training, fine-tuning, and applying them in production environments.
• Demonstrated experience in putting AI models and agents into production and scaling them into robust, user-facing products.
• Prior experience working in a startup environment.
