About the position

The AI Engineer will play a crucial role in developing and implementing artificial intelligence solutions that enhance our internal corporate services, client-facing applications, and improve our customer experiences. This position is essential for driving innovation and efficiency within the organization by leveraging advanced AI technologies. The AI Engineer will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying machine learning and deep learning models that address various challenges faced by the company and its clients. This includes building out AI functionality that not only meets current needs but also anticipates future demands in a rapidly evolving technological landscape. In this role, the AI Engineer will train, validate, and fine-tune AI models using state-of-the-art techniques and libraries. They will assess model performance using appropriate metrics to ensure that the solutions developed are effective and reliable. The deployment of AI models into production environments will require close collaboration with DevOps and IT teams to ensure seamless integration and real-time monitoring of model performance. Staying up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI and financial technology is crucial, as the AI Engineer will apply innovative solutions to solve complex HR and Payroll problems. Additionally, the AI Engineer will lead the creation of data analytics capabilities to identify key performance drivers and develop action plans aimed at continuously improving performance and competitiveness. Collaboration with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, software developers, and business analysts, will be vital to drive AI initiatives and projects forward. Comprehensive documentation of AI models, data pipelines, and processes will also be a key responsibility, ensuring that knowledge is preserved and shared across the organization.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement machine learning and deep learning models to address various challenges and build out AI functionality for our clients.
• Train, validate, and fine-tune AI models using state-of-the-art techniques and libraries, and assess their performance using appropriate metrics.
• Deploy AI models into production environments, collaborate with DevOps and IT teams to ensure seamless integration, and monitor model performance in real-time.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI and financial technology, and apply innovative solutions to solve complex HR and Payroll problems.
• Lead the creation of data analytics capability for identifying key performance drivers and action plans to continuously improve performance and competitiveness.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, software developers, and business analysts, to drive AI initiatives and projects.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of AI models, data pipelines, and processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field - Required
• 1 year of experience in developing and deploying machine learning and deep learning models, preferably in a financial or fintech setting.
• 5 years of experience in Developing Software Solutions.
• 2 years of experience in cloud platforms (e.g. AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and containerization technologies (e.g. Docker, Kubernetes) is advantageous.
• 2 years of experience in data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation techniques.
• 1 year of experience in LLM tuning and tools like LangChain.
