About the position

The AI Engineer position involves designing, developing, and managing AI systems that autonomously generate content, including text and images. The role focuses on leveraging deep learning and machine learning techniques to train AI models on large datasets, enabling the generation of original content that mimics human creativity. This hybrid role requires onsite presence one week per month.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for designing, developing, and managing AI systems that can autonomously generate content, such as text and images
• Leverage deep learning and machine learning techniques to train AI models on large datasets, enabling these models to generate new, original content that mimics human-like creativity
• Design, develop, and implement Generative AI models leveraging Azure OpenAI
• Leverage knowledge of machine learning and AI to create models capable of generating new content based on existing data
• Identify the best algorithms to achieve the desired result
• Adjust and refine pre-existing models to enhance performance, adapt to new data, or meet specific project requirements.

Requirements

• Advanced programming knowledge such as Python, and especially AI-centric libraries like TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Keras
• Expertise in generative models such as generative adversarial networks (GANs) and variational autoencoders (VAEs)
• Natural language processing (NLP) and familiarity with techniques for text parsing, sentiment analysis, and the use of transformers like GPT (generative pre-trained transformer) models
• Data management knowledge, including data pre-processing, augmentation, and generation of synthetic data
• 5 years of experience as an AI Engineer required, with 8+ years desired.
