Zeitro is seeking an experienced AI Engineer to lead the development of innovative loan processing automation solutions. This role is pivotal in leveraging cutting-edge AI technologies, including Large Language Models (LLMs) and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), to streamline loan applications and processing. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in machine learning, natural language processing, and back-end server development, enabling them to create efficient, accurate, and scalable AI-driven systems tailored for the financial services sector. The key focus areas for this position include implementing LLM-based features, optimizing RAG systems, managing vector stores, and developing robust back-end infrastructure. Responsibilities

• Develop AI-powered features to streamline loan application and processing workflows using Large Language Models (LLMs).
• Create and maintain embeddings from mortgage-related documents, design and implement vector stores, and optimize Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems for enhanced information retrieval and accuracy in loan-related information processing.
• Build and maintain robust back-end server infrastructure to support AI-driven loan processing systems.
• Continuously refine AI models and strategies to enhance accuracy and performance in mortgage processing tasks.

Requirements

• Strong background in machine learning and natural language processing.
• Solid understanding of LLMs, vector databases, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) techniques.
• Proficiency in Python and relevant AI/ML libraries.
• Expertise in back-end server development and API design.
• Understanding of financial services, particularly in loan processing.
• Ability to optimize AI models for accuracy and performance.

Nice-to-haves

• Advanced degree in Computer Science, AI, or related field.
• Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS).
