About the position

The AI Engineer position at Motion Recruitment Partners involves specializing in the fine-tuning of machine learning models within a national research organization. The role focuses on leveraging innovative methodologies and technology to support data-driven decision-making across various fields, including health, education, and social science. The ideal candidate will work within AWS and Azure environments, optimizing models for diverse data-driven projects.

Responsibilities

• Specialize in the fine-tuning of machine learning models.
• Work within AWS and Azure environments to develop and deploy AI/ML solutions.
• Refine and adapt ML models to meet project requirements.
• Collaborate with the Data Science & Advanced Analytics team to produce meaningful insights.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience developing and deploying AI/ML solutions on cloud platforms, including AWS and Azure.
• Proficiency in Python and experience with AI/ML frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn).
• Hands-on experience with AWS and Azure AI/ML services.

Nice-to-haves

• Deploy AI/ML models to production environments on AWS and Azure.
• Knowledge of cloud infrastructure management and data pipelines.
• Familiarity with RAG applications, API integration, and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Strong problem-solving skills and excellent communication abilities.
• Commitment to staying current with AI/ML trends.
