As a Manager in the Advanced Manufacturing and Mobility team, you will play a pivotal role in helping our clients with emerging technology in the ground and air mobility sectors, such as vehicle automation, connectivity, electrification, and enterprise AI. This position requires a deep understanding of the sector's unique challenges and a commitment to driving innovation and safety in the rapidly evolving landscape of automated mobility. You will lead projects across a variety of domains, including automation, connectivity, electrification, AI, and other emerging technologies. Your responsibilities will include working closely with clients to evaluate, plan for, design, build, and maintain scalable and robust solutions that leverage the full spectrum of digital and advanced technologies. You will help clients make data-driven decisions by building out predictive models and advising on best-in-class practices. Engaging with stakeholders to define strategies, build roadmaps, identify gaps, and expedite go-to-market strategies using advanced technologies will also be a key part of your role. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated AI and data solutions that drive results for clients, ensuring advanced technologies are leveraged to enhance safety, efficiency, and performance. Additionally, you will provide thought leadership on safety-related automated driving and aviation topics, including safety strategy, risk management, industry standards, and best practices. Navigating through the complex landscape of regulations and standards, advising clients on compliance and strategic alignment, and fostering and maintaining business relationships will be essential to your success in this role.

Responsibilities

  • Foster and maintain business relationships, ensuring stakeholder engagement and satisfaction throughout the engagement lifecycle.
  • Lead by example, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous learning within the team.

Requirements

  • A bachelor's degree or MS degree in Engineering, Advanced Data Analytics, or a related technical or scientific field.
  • Minimum 6 years of professional experience, with a strong background in consulting or technology roles within the advanced manufacturing and mobility sector.
  • Industry experience in ground transportation, advanced mobility, automated driving, or aviation.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead complex projects and initiatives, with a focus on emerging technologies.
  • A valid driver's license in the US; willingness and ability to travel to meet client needs.
  • A track record of maintaining strong client relationships and successfully managing stakeholder expectations.
