About The Position
As the AI Lead Engineer at Ford Pro, you will play a pivotal role in delivering analytical models and solutions that enhance customer experience, drive revenue, and improve operational efficiency. This position requires a strong technical background in Data Science, MLOps, and AI/ML Engineering, along with the ability to coach and develop direct reports. You will collaborate with business stakeholders to address challenges using AI/ML and advanced analytics, while also leading the development of AI products and services within the organization.
