The AI Frontend Developer role at PETADATA focuses on managing and developing coding tasks and research and development to support the company's AI strategy. The position requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to identify key areas where AI solutions can provide significant business benefits, while maintaining high ethical standards in AI implementation.

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop coding tasks and R&D to meet AI strategy needs.
• Understand application/product development needs and client challenges related to AI integration.
• Work with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize AI solution areas for business benefits.
• Analyze and implement AI solutions while maintaining ethical standards.
• Demo and explain technology development issues to senior management and business leaders.
• Work on functional design, process design, prototyping, testing, training, and support procedures in collaboration with engineering teams and leadership.
• Document development tasks, solutions architecture, and lessons learned during explorations.
• Manage development team tasks in assessing the AI and automation market and competitor landscape.
• Serve as a liaison between stakeholders and project teams, providing feedback for product development.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in applying AI to technology development solutions.
• Expertise in deep learning, TensorFlow, Python, and NLP.
• Skills in program leadership, governance, and change enablement.
• Knowledge of basic algorithms, object-oriented and functional design principles, and best-practice patterns.
• Hands-on experience with ChatGPT and LLMs.
• Experience in REST API development, NoSQL database design, and RDBMS design and optimizations.
