Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and 6-10 years of experience in AI, Data Science, and/or Machine Learning.
• 2-4 years of experience managing technical teams.
• Strong skills in Python.
• Experience with Generative AI models and frameworks.
• Familiarity with ML packages like scikit-learn, Pytorch, and ONNX.
• Extensive experience with DevOps tools like GIT and Azure DevOps.
• Solid understanding of Machine Learning workflows.
• Experience with MLOps methods and platforms like MLFlow.
• Experience with CI/CD and test-driven development.
• Experience designing and maintaining ML models and pipelines.
• Experience deploying ML workflows on major cloud platforms.
• Understanding of data structures and software engineering best practices.
• Proficiency in SQL, Pandas, and Spark.
• Strong mathematical and quantitative skills.

Nice-to-haves

• Master's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
• Experience with diverse teams to deliver complex solutions.
• Strong skills in languages beyond Python such as R, JavaScript, Java, C++, C.
• Experience fine-tuning Generative AI models.
