About the position

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Solution Architect with a focus on building AI/ML based solutions. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in designing and implementing AI-driven solutions across our omnichannel platforms to eliminate or reduce human interaction, with the goal of personalizing user experiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design of AI-based solutions for personalized customer experiences across omnichannel platforms (web, mobile, chatbots, voice, etc).
• Ensure alignment of AI solutions with enterprise architecture and industry best practices, including compliance with healthcare regulations.
• Prepare conceptual design/architecture systems that leverage machine learning, natural language processing (NLP), and Generative AI to enhance customer interactions, including virtual assistants and recommendation engines.
• Stay updated on the latest advancements in AI, machine learning, and healthcare technologies by reviewing whitepapers, research papers, and industry reports.
• Evaluate new AI technologies and trends, proposing innovations that align with business needs and competitive market demands.
• Engage with business stakeholders, including product owners and department heads, to translate business requirements into AI-enabled solutions.
• Participate in Joint Application Development (JAD) sessions with product teams to realize the art of possible using AI technologies.
• Present AI strategies and architectures to stakeholders, demonstrating the value and impact on business outcomes.
• Partner with data scientists, software engineers, and UX teams to architect end-to-end AI systems.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive architecture documentation, including AI model lifecycles, data flow diagrams, and integration plans.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in solution architecture with a focus on AI and machine learning.
• Understanding of AI technologies, including machine learning, deep learning, NLP, and predictive analytics.
• Understanding of AI limitations including governance and bias.
• Experience in reviewing and analyzing technical whitepapers and research papers to inform AI strategy.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in Generative AI: 3 years (Preferred)
• Experience in Large Language Model (LLM): 3 years (Preferred)
