Responsibilities

• Support customer solutions initiatives by providing guidance to platform clients.
• Create and maintain high-quality documentation and presentation content.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure exceptional customer experiences.
• Assist in the onboarding and adoption of platform tools and capabilities.
• Resolve deliverable changes and strategic changes as needed.
• Modify oversight processes to enhance efficiency.
• Work on making data more digestible for clients.

Requirements

• Foundational knowledge in AI/ML technologies.
• Experience in customer engagement and support.
• Ability to work collaboratively within cross-functional teams.
• Strong communication skills to interact with diverse personalities.

Nice-to-haves

• Familiarity with AWS, Databricks, and Sage Maker.
