Responsibilities

  • Enable the team with data acquisition, performance tuning and data processing.
  • Build data pipelines focusing on data ingestion, integration, modeling, optimization, and quality for AI processing.
  • Architect and launch new data models (marts, lakes, stores, hubs).
  • Optimize costs, storage, processing, and access to integrated data.
  • Explore data for pattern detection prior to algorithm development.
  • Prepare and pre-process data utilized in algorithms.
  • Ensure data is formatted and cleansed for AI processing.
  • Design and develop data services for AI.
  • Provide data to the team and enterprise toward the end goal of adopting AI.

Requirements

  • Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent and student must be pursuing a Bachelor's or advanced degree in an applicable discipline.
  • U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract.

Nice-to-haves

  • Hands-on knowledge building and operating AI/ML platforms.
  • Knowledge in environments that use data to support artificial intelligence and/or machine learning is desired.
  • Proficiency in tools used to manage data throughout its lifecycle, especially tools that are applicable to large, complex, and distributed organizations.
  • Show an understanding of cloud-based (e.g., AWS, Azure) technology for developing data solutions, including automation, continuous integration, and continuous deployment (Git, Docker, Jenkins).
