Responsibilities

  • Utilize Python for data exploration, analysis, and development using libraries such as Pandas, Matplotlib, and Scikit-Learn.
  • Work with Jupyter Notebook for interactive coding and data visualization.
  • Implement natural language processing (NLP) techniques using Hugging Face pipelines for tasks like text classification, generation, and entity extraction.
  • Develop and manage large language models (LLMs) using frameworks like LlamaIndex or Langchain for semantic search and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG).
  • Design and structure prompts for LLMs programmatically using APIs from OpenAI, Vertex AI, or Llama.
  • Manage and utilize vector databases like PineCone, Qdrant, Vespa, or Weaviate for efficient similarity search and retrieval.
  • Evaluate NLP models using common evaluation metrics, particularly for RAG systems.
  • Integrate Azure AI services into CI/CD pipelines for efficient deployment and updates.
  • Provision, configure, and manage Azure AI resources, ensuring cost management and security best practices.
  • Deploy containerized AI solutions on Azure for scalability and portability.

Requirements

  • Strong proficiency in Python, particularly for data analysis and development.
