About the position

The AI/ML Engineer will be responsible for designing and developing advanced AI models for a large language model (LLM) application, focusing on natural language understanding (NLU), natural language processing (NLP), and machine learning (ML) algorithms. This role involves collaboration with product managers, UX/UI designers, and software engineers to integrate AI models into existing applications, ensuring a seamless user experience. The engineer will also implement testing frameworks, stay updated on AI advancements, document processes, and ensure responsible AI practices.

Responsibilities

• Architect, design and develop advanced AI models for LLM applications.
• Collaborate with product managers, UX/UI designers, and software engineers to integrate AI models into existing applications.
• Implement rigorous testing frameworks to evaluate AI model performance.
• Continuously refine and optimize AI models based on feedback and performance metrics.
• Stay abreast of the latest developments in AI, LLM, NLP, and ML.
• Conduct research to explore new methodologies, technologies, and tools.
• Document AI model development processes, architectures, and best practices.
• Share knowledge and mentor team members in AI technologies and methodologies.
• Implement responsible AI, security, and data protection solutions.
• Optimize applications for speed and scalability.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Python programming language.
• Experience in artificial intelligence and machine learning.
• Familiarity with large language models (LLM).
• Strong understanding of natural language processing (NLP) and natural language understanding (NLU).
• Development experience deploying Python solutions to Azure with Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
• Experience with Azure Machine Learning or AI Stack.
