About the position

The AI/ML Engineer will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying artificial intelligence and machine learning models that contribute to business growth. This role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to identify AI opportunities, develop prototypes, and integrate AI/ML solutions into existing systems.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, train, test, and deploy AI/ML models using popular libraries and frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn).
• Collaborate with data engineers to collect, preprocess, and feature-engineer large datasets.
• Work closely with data scientists to identify business problems and develop AI/ML solutions.
• Implement and optimize machine learning algorithms for computer vision, NLP, and predictive analytics.
• Develop and maintain scalable, efficient, and reliable AI/ML pipelines.
• Integrate AI/ML models with existing applications and systems.
• Monitor and analyze model performance, identifying areas for improvement.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, research, and emerging technologies.
• Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to the improvement of the AI/ML engineering team.

Requirements

• Expertise in machine learning algorithms, deep learning, and natural language processing.
• Experience with popular AI/ML libraries and frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and scikit-learn.
• Strong programming skills in languages such as Python or R.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate technical concepts effectively.
