About the position

The AI/ML Engineer role at TEKsystems involves designing and developing advanced AI models for applications focused on natural language understanding and processing. The position requires collaboration with various teams to integrate AI models into existing applications, ensuring a seamless user experience. The engineer will also be responsible for testing, optimizing models, and staying updated on the latest AI developments while documenting processes and mentoring team members.

Responsibilities

• Architect, design and develop advanced AI models for LLM applications focusing on NLU, NLP, and ML algorithms.
• Collaborate with product managers, UX/UI designers, and software engineers to integrate AI models into existing applications.
• Implement rigorous testing frameworks to evaluate AI model performance and refine models based on feedback.
• Stay updated on the latest developments in AI, LLM, NLP, and ML, and conduct research on new methodologies and technologies.
• Document AI model development processes, architectures, and best practices, and share knowledge with team members.
• Implement responsible AI, security, and data protection solutions.
• Optimize applications for speed and scalability.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Python and experience deploying Python solutions to Azure with Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
• Experience with Azure Machine Learning or AI Stack, including Azure ML Studio and Azure AI Studio.
• Background in Asset Management and/or Financial Services.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with web apps, APIs, and SPA integrations.
• Familiarity with Azure CLI, Azd, Bicep, Powershell/Bash, and Oryx.
